Terms of service

1. The agreement

These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you ("Customer") and Fleetdeal ("we", "us") operated by [legal entity name] (registration [number]), governing your use of the Fleetdeal platform and related services.

You're responsible for your account, the users you add, the passwords they use, and the activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

Starter and Growth tiers include a 14-day free trial. No credit card required. At the end of the trial, your account converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel with 30 days' written notice. Your data remains available for export for 30 days after cancellation, after which we may delete it (subject to legal retention obligations).

You own your data. We provide the infrastructure to host and process it. We will not sell or share it (see our privacy policy). Export available at any time.

We aim for 99.5% monthly uptime on Starter / Growth tiers, and 99.9% on Enterprise (with SLA-backed credits). Scheduled maintenance windows announced 48 hours in advance.

9. Updates and changes

We continuously improve the platform. New features may be added; rarely-used features may be removed with 60 days' notice. We won't materially reduce the functionality you're paying for without offering a remedy.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fleetdeal's total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Johannesburg / Pretoria].
