Can I migrate from Excel, Sage Pastel, or another CRM?
Yes. Standard onboarding includes a one-time data migration: CSV imports for clients, suppliers, stock units, and OEM price lists. We help you map columns and validate the import. Sage and Pastel users typically export their lists to .xlsx and import directly. Accounting integration with Xero is on the Q4 2026 roadmap.
What about training?
Onboarding includes a 2-hour kickoff session for your admin/manager, a 1-hour session per user role (sales, parts, workshop), and a written quick-start guide. Email support is included on all tiers. Enterprise customers get dedicated onboarding over 4–6 weeks.
Where is my data hosted? Is it POPI-compliant?
Your data is hosted on enterprise-grade infrastructure with daily backups and full encryption in transit and at rest. The platform is built POPI-compliant from the ground up — every client record stores consent, every export is logged, and full data deletion is available on request. Enterprise customers can request a dedicated single-tenant instance.
Can my OEM see across all my dealerships?
On the Enterprise / OEM tier, yes. OEMs get a rollup dashboard with pipeline, stock-on-the-floor, and sales metrics across every dealer in the network. Each individual dealer keeps their day-to-day operations and client data private — only summary metrics roll up.
How long does it take to go live?
Starter / Growth: typically 2–3 weeks from contract to go-live. Enterprise / multi-dealer rollouts: 6–12 weeks depending on the number of dealers and the depth of customisation required.
What about VAT, FICA and BBBEE compliance?
VAT201-ready: standard, zero-rated, exempt and cross-border rates are all supported. Every client carries a structured FICA checklist (ID copy, proof of address, company registration, VAT certificate, tax clearance, bank confirmation, directors' IDs, trust deed, authorisation letter). Supplier categorisation supports BBBEE specialty tags.
Can we cancel?
Annual commitment with 30 days' written notice. You keep your data — a full export is available on request at any time, including after cancellation.
