Pricing FAQ
Why annual commitment?
It's cheaper for you (no monthly admin overhead) and it commits us to support you properly. If you'd prefer month-to-month, pricing is +20%.
Can I switch tiers?
Yes, anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
What if I exceed the user limit?
We don't lock you out. We invoice the overage at month-end at R350 per additional user. If you'd prefer a hard cap, we can set that on your account.
Is there an onboarding fee?
Starter and Growth: onboarding is included (2-hour kickoff + 1-hour-per-role training). Enterprise / OEM rollouts: one-off implementation fee, scoped after the discovery call.
What about data migration?
One-time data migration from Excel, Sage Pastel, or any system that can export to CSV/XLSX is included on every tier. Our team helps you map columns and validate the import.
